so Ultraman seems to scale to 12 tons, and Homelander has a goofy ahh scaling chain that puts him massively above 14 tons.

This is a stomp. Homelander scales so far above 14 tons because he punched off Queen Maeve's head with a single hit. So he easily punched the head off of someone who themself scaled above a 14 ton feat, while Ultraman's AP is 12 tons. Ultraman doesn't seem to have any hax to give him a chance, so this is a stomp.

Yeah Homelander stomps, Ultraman in the Marvel series is pretty dang weak might i say.
