Premise
Since my last thread, which included an AP revision to the series, was put on hold due to the concept of Reality > Fiction being present, I've decided to create an entirely separate thread altogether.

In the beginning of the UCL storyline, we saw a silhouette emerge from Narak, completely erasing 2-4 bubble universes with little to no difficulty. This silhouette is Absolute Diavolo, as he was the only one present at the entrance of Narak, and the scene that followed showed Diavolo emerging from Narak once again.
This would mean that anyone who scales/damages Diavolo would be 2-C and not just Low 2-C anymore as opposed to the previous scaling we had established right here.

Infinite Speed
The majority of universes in the Ultra Series are infinite in size, and in this case, Zero managed to travel the full distance of a universe to escape his universe and reach the Another Space.

Ultraman Mebius performed an insane feat in which he traveled 3 million LY in a span of 45 seconds (2,091,457,033,896 C), this was to take Rei to the Land of Light with him.

- Ultraman Trigger, Ultraman Ribut, and anyone scaled to them can hurt and even push back Diavolo when he appears in the Trigger series (Even when his energy was absorbed, a final attack from three characters at the Ultimate Form level wasl required to beat him).
- Ultraman Regulos, Ultraman Leo, and Astra. The three of them can compete with and even defeat Diavolo at full strength (Though this required the combined effort of the three of them and also needed the Cosmo Beast Style's finishers).

- Ultraman Zero: He is the one who achieved this feat, and in the movie that follows, it is shown that he can do this without energy from the Land of Light anymore.
- Ultraman Cosmos: Cosmos can increase his speed to infinity, implying that he can also go full throttle like Zero.
- Father of Ultra: He has performed similar feats, where he came from another universe and arrived on Earth.
- God of Ultras: They will naturally scale because they are the apex of the Ultra Series.

Who Scales?
- The Ultra Brothers, Mebius, and his siblings clearly scale to one another, with Mebius being the weakest among them and only on par when using his Burning Brave form.
- The New Generation Ultras, they have feats being comparable to the Ultra Brothers in terms of speed and are consistent with the narrative of them being explorers of the universe now.
