Ultimate Kars' abilities

These are Ultimate Kars' currently listed abilities:

• Superhuman Physical Characteristics
• Enhanced Senses (Eyesight equal to a space telescope, antennae that detect heat and movement, super hearing)
• Contact-based Absorption
• Regenerationn (Presumably Low-High, as he can control his entire body on a cellular level and regenerated while being constantly melted by magma)
• Immortality (Types 1 and 3)
• Body Control (Can create bladed appendages on his arm and legs that he can use to create blinding light onto his enemies), Shapeshifting, and Adaptation (Can manipulate his own DNA to transform into any life form)
• Hamon

I have a few questions:

1. Why does he have Adaptation instead of Reactive Evolution?

2. Given he turned his hand into several organisms, and his feathers into piranhas and octopus, he should have Biological Manipulation

3. Regarding Hamon, given he is the most powerful Hamon user and a Reactive Evolution user, is it a stretch to give him abilities used by all other hamon users, or would that be too speculative? That would give him Fire Manipulation (Scarlet Overdrive), Bio-Magnetism Manipulation (Life Magnetism Overdrive), contact-based Hypnosis (which Caesar and Lisa Lisa used) and Healing

4. Similar to the above suggestion about Hamon, given Kars has the abilities of all of Earth's past, present, and future life forms, and can even surpass them because of Reactive Evolution, should we add to his abilities list: Acid Manipulation (poisonous plants), Light Manipulation (some animal species can turn themselves luminescent), Poison Manipulation (many animal and plant species), Electricity Manipulation (Electric Catfish), Water Manipulation (Arrowfish), Can survive in extremely harsh environment such as extreme temperatures, radiation, and outer space (Waterbear, which may explains why he couldn't die, even when banished to space) and many others. Honestly, the list can go on forever

To sum up, my proposed ability list for Ultimate Kars would look like this:

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Enhanced Senses (Eyesight equal to a space telescope, antennae that detect heat and movement, super hearing), Contact-based Absorption, Regenerationn (Presumably Low-High, as he can control his entire body on a cellular level and regenerated while being constantly melted by magma), Immortality (Types 1 and 3), Body Control (Can create bladed appendages on his arm and legs that he can use to create blinding light onto his enemies), Shapeshifting and Reactive Evolution (Can manipulate his own DNA to transform into any life form), Biological Manipulation (Can turn his own body parts into living organisms separated from him), Hamon which gives him access to Fire Manipulation (Scarlet Overdrive), Bio-Magnetism Manipulation (Life Magnetism Overdrive), contact-based Hypnosis (which Caesar and Lisa Lisa used) and Healing, Acid Manipulation (From poisonous plants), Light Manipulation (some animal species can turn themselves luminescent), Poison Manipulation (many animal and plant species), Electricity Manipulation (Electric Catfish), Water Manipulation (Arrowfish), Can survive in extremely harsh environment such as extreme temperatures, radiation, and outer space (From Water bear, which makes him unable to die, even when banished to space) and many others (Kars has the abilities of all of Earth's past, present, and future life forms, and can even surpass them because of Reactive Evolution)

Thoughts on these changes?

3) I don't know about that. The way Hamon is used seems to depends more on who uses it, not how skilled he/she is

Reactive Evolution and Biological Manipulation should probably be enough to cover the regular animal abilities.

However, I do not think that we can speculate about hamon powers that he has not explicitly demonstrated.

Fair point about RE + BM covering all organism abilities. I guess they just need some more explanations, such as this:

"Shapeshifting, Biological Manipulation and Reactive Evolution (Can manipulate his own DNA to not only transform into other life forms, but also to create living organisms out of his body parts. These abilities effectively make Ultimate Kars a composite life form, with the abilities of all of Earth's past, present, and future organisms. Moreover, his reactive evolution allows him to even surpass the whole power of the living world concurrently)"

A reminder that Kars transformed his hand into a flower too, so his power is not limited to animals.

I still need more input regarding Hamon though

3. I disagree, as those are techniques developed by specific users instead of being reliant on their level of power. While it is entirely possible that Kars could use his abilities to develop that sort of thing, he has never shown it, so adding it would be speculation.

Seems everybody disagree about Kars' hamon giving him ALL abilities of hamon users through the series. So I thought I'd try to reword it and give him only basic hamon abilities:

"Hamo which allows Kars to create energy similar to sunlight in properties, granting him extra advantages against beings vulnerable against sunlight and can even melt the flesh of beings not weak against sunlight on contact, and Resistance against some forms of contact-based biological Absorption (similar to how hamon users resist pillar men's contact-based absorption)."

Semirelated but Kars rode hailey's comet and jumped from it to giotto which is the in story explanation of why it lost contact for half an hour as opposed to space dust (which is actually pointed out too) which means Kars jumped nearly 600km in one swoop for what it's worth.
