Because time travel shenanigans Ben was flung into the past just as he was going with Kevin for smoothies at the end of Absolute Power, right at the moment Kevin and the Amalgam kids attacked them 5 years ago, there the Mutated Kevin notices him and in while not knowing who he is, gets peculiar familiar feeling about him and goes to attack him.
Ben, already lost any bloodlust or will to kill Kevin, knowing this one is weaker and much easier to calm down, decides to beat him non-lethally to calm him down...
And he uses Ultimate Humungousaur, because come on, he's Ben.
With the context out of the way, this is Ultimate Humungosaur VS Kevin 12 or the Omniverse Flashback Mutantion if you need clarification.
Ben knows practically everything there is to know about him and all power he could have.
Ben doesn't have Master Control and he has Time Limit (which as an Ultimate is even shorter than normal) and he's fighting to incapacitate.
Speed is not equalized.
