Types 2 and 3 immortality for Wario

It was agreed long ago that Wario should have immortality, but it was never added. I request that he have it added now. It should be types 2 and 3 because in Wario Land 2 and 3, he can survive any damage any enemies or obstacles do to him (with the exception of Rudy), such has being flattened, and if he's set on fire and turned to ash, he will regenerate. It should possibly be noted that it is only in those two games that he is immortal.

Is there any specific proof for type 2? If he can simply regenerate the damage he takes, that's probably what they mean by Wario being 'immortal'

In the Wario Land games, if he gets crushed or flattened, instead of dying, he turns into this. He does not regenerate right away, however. Instead, you have to find a way to return him to normal. The way he gets crushed and doesn't die was stated in the manual to be due to his immortality.
