Type 1 TARDIS Upgrade

In Doctor Who: Twelfth Doctor Year 3 #9, it's stated that only a threat on the level of Omega could force The Doctor's TARDIS to anchor alternate versions of itself and stabilise its internal dimensions after the Type 1 TARDIS fuses with the Void and opens White Holes all over the Universe. This wouldn't really be an upgrade, but it'd give the profile a "Universe level+, potentially higher" like Omega has.

For reference, he's at that level due to being equal to the Time Lords, not just due to nearly destroying the Universe

Time Lord President: "Without it, we shall be helpless. Unless the energy losses stop, the whole fabric of space-time will be destroyed. We are being consumed, and we can find no way to fight back."

Councilor: "Are you telling me we're up against an adversary — a force — equal to our own?"

Time Lord President: "Equal and opposite to our own."

Unknown Time Lord: "It's draining away power as fast as we pump it in sir."

Time Lord President: "A black hole in space, the universe of Anti-Matter, unknown forces at least equal and opposite to our own."

This is also consistent with how the Void is treated in Doctor Who; existing outside of the Multiverse as a place with no time
