Both Two-Faces have pretty similar skillsets. They are also comparable in intelligence and have the same reliance on their coins, so the outcome of this match will likely come down to who has the best stats.

DCAU Two-Face fights a Batman who scales to 0.014 tons, whereas Arkham Two-Face fights a Batman who scales to 0.0451 tons.

My vote goes to Arkham Two-Face for having a pretty good AP scaling advantage (over 3.2x the AP of his DCAU counterpart)
