1. When making an uncontroversial profile do i still have to make a CRT for it

2.Lets say a character has a shield which covers both mind and soul. If a 11D entity was to mind hax them and said character resists with the shield would that make their soul resistance 11D
 
1. Yes.

2. Assuming this 11D entity qualifies for our standards of High 1-C and all, then only with the shield would that character resist said 11-D hax, yes.
