First, if a person is stated to be the master of a force that controls the Universe what Tier would that be, and would that give them Space/Time Manip? If not or if so what would does it grant access to?

Second, if someone is free from all causation does that make them Type 5 Acausality?

1. Absolutely nothing. Controlling a force doesn't give you a tier. And no, without further context, we don't know what kind of hax it is. But you don't get space time hax by default from something like that.
