Well, given the fact that Megs is likely far faster, I don't see what's stopping him from just, like, grabbing a brick and throwing it at him.

Yes. And I do not think it makes a difference. A regular human can still severely injure and kill an athletic person depending on where and how they attack them. Jack probably couldn't even react, even if we assume Megs would just be using fists, instead picking something up.

EJ is still able to overpower humans though. It is just his movement speed is wack.

Still find the idea of the fight funny. Just Megamind sees EJ and runs before he relizes he can just walk and EJ can´t catch up. Then he just finds a brick or something and chucks them at EJ.
