Being stronger, more durable, having more stamina, better at fighting and the regen seemingly only from eating itself.

The bunny who still has High Regeneration. Higher stats don't mean much when your opponent can still damage you and heal anything a 3-D being can AP onto them

Given the context of it's use it doesn't regen faster than it eats itself and takes 30 minutes from when it happens to reappear as it is described.
