Uh... Baam stomps really badly.

Baam's presence and Shinsoo usage alone would immediately paralyze Deku by hindering his movements on the molecular scale.

After that any of Baam's hax decimate Deku while he's immobile.

Not to mention he can one-shot with transformations and he is so skilled that Deku will quite literally never hit him.
