Relativistic:
- Invincible (Season 1)

- Allen The Alien (Pre-Recovery)
MFTL+:
- All the viltrumites from Season 2 Mark onwards

Where do we put the Guardians again, the issues mentioned in the OP are still there. Mind that simply chainscaling all of them to Omni-Man would result in MFTL+ Darkwing lol, nor do we ever see them flying anywhere close to Relativistic speeds
