Tsunade vs Sasuke (5 Kage Summit)

So lets pretend that Tsunade was able to recover in time after Pain's invasion.

Sasuke goes to the 5 Kage Summit to find out where Danzo is (because lets assume he never came out of hiding since the invasion) He questions Tsunade specifically and she refuses to answer as even tho she doesnt trust Danzo and is furiated to know he didn't assist in the defense of the village she will not rat out a comrade. Due to this, he out of spite tries to kill her.

BIG NOTE: He had to go through the other Kage's as well before getting to Tsunade. Only help Tsunade gets is Shizune (As I would believe she'd go with her anywhere.

Tsunade can go Strength of 100 release.

sasuke catches tsunade with susanoo but sees that he cant kill her with a crush or slash or pierce so he goes over the top and uses amaterasu which will cause constant healing to tsunade which in turn will drastically use up her lifespan and kill her

Sasuke could also go blind before he can kill her. And he also stays stationary while using Susanoo so Tsunade would be able to dodge Amaterasu and weave in and out of his attacks. Considering that she's a close range fighter and has valuable experience from fighting in a war, I assume she would be accustomed to fighting with a range disadvantage. She could also just throw smoke bombs to hinder Sasuke's vision and get in close to pummel him. If she can break through Susanoo, she would be able to do that stuff that messes with the chakra signals or something or pierce Sasuke with a kunai that's coated in poison. Though poison has been shown to penetrate Susanoo before, I guess Tsunade can do that early on. I'm assuming Tsunade can't summon Katsuyu?

Oh, I forgot Sasuke has minor resistance to poison but I'm not sure how effective that will be against someone of Tsunade's caliber. Still going for Tsunade even if that's the case.

he would be forced to use susanoo a lot which will drain his chakra reserves by a immense amountof cause him to go blind...
