As discussed earlier, Diablo's Madness & Empathic Manipulation works on a scale of at least 150,000 people. This is because of Diablo's Demon Lord Haki, which was an ability passed on by Rimuru. However, multiple of his subordinates either don't have it, or isn't listed up to 150,000 people. The subordinates that don't have it are listed below. Also, Veldora seems to have something similar to it, which should surpass Diablo's.

I mentioned it ealier so I think I think the Madness Manipulation should scale since they were gifts from Rimuru.

Yeah. Some either had it down to 5 people, which is inaccurate. But some that I listed below didn't have it at all.

This scales to ppl who have it as awakened demon lords, before it indeed only scales to 5 ppl though.

If i wasn't clear, i am agreeing with you, what i said is that ppl who have it as an ADL should scale to the full extent Diablo could use it, before they became ADL however, it should only scale to affecting 5 ppl.
