In Chapter 50, Milim displays hacking:

Milim made her way into 『 Thought Transmission』network. She seems to have figured out our frequency and forced her way in.

But something I'd want to ask, does this scale to US users? It's never stated to be an actual skill itself, but Rimuru does say it requires some skill. Thoughts?

Milim is not "hacking" anyone's mind, it is simply Milim forcing her way into rimuru's telepathic communication.

Been 3 hours. I contacted Cal, he hasn't responded. I don't see why people who are KML can't have the final evaluation. We have disagreed with each other at times, so it's not biased in an attempt to make Slime as strong as possible with no debate.

Only Milim does this and she has an US, so should only scale to her, with no resistances for the others, i mean she just hacked into Tempest thought communication where they can tell each other their thoughts, using that on a person you just take over their mind or something which is already covered by mind manipulation resistance.
