sasuke shatters TSB with his arrows, and Might Guy kicks Madara hard enough to break them so yes

BSM Naruto, BM Minato, and CS Susano'o Sasuke could crack Juubito's TSO. Naruto punches Toneri through one as well, so yes, they can be broken/damaged physically, provided that you have a way of circumventing their hax.

Naruto fired his TSOs at Sasuke and they were just lost in the explosion.
