The Nostalgia Library is one of the isolated Parallel Universes used by Arbariccia, a person trapped in that world, will be given all the memories to create their own world, well that world summarizes all the most precious and happiest memories for a person trapped, Over time, a person trapped in the Nostalgia Library will think that the world is real, a person trapped will lose all memories of their previous life (at the time before being trapped in the Nostalgia Library), and a person trapped will live in that world until they die.
Ambaricia was able to send Arata to the Nostalgic Library dimension, where Arata at the time had gained "Resistance to Greater Battle Field Removal", as Arata was not absorbed into the Breakdown Phenomenon.
Also, in that world Arata couldn't use his magic, so when he connected with Magus Mode, nothing happened.
Arata at that point already had Resistance to "Greater Power Nullification", proving that the Dimension Nostalgic Library had much "even Greater Power Nullification."
In addition, while in that dimension, Arata seems to forget something, namely Black Sun, which proves that the dimension has memory manipulation, which can change Arata's previous information about Black Sun.
Yui can use Arbariccia's Magic, therefore, Ambaraccia's Ability can be scaled for Yui.
With a Grimoire like Lilim, Arata can cast his Magic, and when Arata connects to his Archive, he can destroy the Pocket Dimension.
