If light can travel around Earth 7.5 times per seconds then how fast would one be if they can circle around the Entire Galaxy 1,000 times per seconds ????

Would a character be out at FTL+ if they circle around the Earth twice the speed of light ????

To travel around a galaxy a 1000 times per second would by my guess probably be in the trillion or most likely quadrillions of times ftl idk just making an estimate simply finding the distance of the average galaxy and then finiding how long it would take light to travel that distance 1000 times per second wouldnt be that hard to figure out but its definetly up there in speed. To be ftl+ you have to a least be 10 times ftl.

FTL+ starts at 10 times the speed of light, as pointed out, and ends at 100 times the speed of light.

Be a bit more specific with the second example? Like, is this the outside edge of the galaxy we're talking about? And which galaxy is it, anyways, the Milky Way?

That's sort of vague. Not usually? That's the best answer I can give to be honest.

Probably not. Teleportation, despite being instantaneous movement still requires the user's own reflexes + casting time if any to use.
