So last time, Tier 7 for Prime was rejected due to lack of consistent feats. But here we now have several feats to back Tier 7. Feats listed are:

As for the scaling of things. Bulkhead level characters should be 7-A. Those below him should be At most 7-A. Those above him like Shockwave, Megatron and Optimus should be At least 7-A. All characters should get Class M LS via upscaling from Vehicons, who are fodder.
As for the the last part, we see that in a vision of Megatron's, Unicron's awakening was able to blow up Earth, which is calculated at High 5-A
This should mean Unicron and Primus should get High 5-A if they ever receive profiles (Tbh, the latter shouldn't get a profile as he's completely featless)
I believe nothing else should scale to this, including anyone who scales to the Dark Star Saber or the Star Saber. This is because these weapons are consistently around the level of characters who are much weaker than Unicron or the Tier 5 feat at all.

- Optimus casually tanks a Low 7-B explosion
- Optimus was able to survive a 7-B explosion point blank
- Dark Energon Megatron survives a 7-B+ explosion while staying mostly intact
- Bulkhead and some others were able to survive the 7-A shockwave coming from it

- Megatron throws a big rock at Supersonic+ speed. This is consistent as we see many times that these characters can generate shockwaves from their punches, as well as characters keeping up with jets which are usually Supersonic in speed
- Vehicons are casually Class M. This should scale to everyone as Vehicons ae among the weakest Transformers in the series. This also helps support the other existing Class M feats already on the profile.
