I am currently unable to verify it, but according to TFWiki, the Transformers One AR Experience supposedly lists heights for the following characters (presumably post-transformation cog installation), which might be useful for future calculations:
- Orion Pax: 32' 5.34"
- D-16: 32' 4.62"
- Elita-1: 28' 1.74"
- B-127: 26' 4.29"

So just a rough list of notable feats:
- Vehicons plus Airachnid caused multiple huge explosions at the hideout, likely Tier 8 or so.
- Cogged D-16 blows up several chunks of metal made pillars.
- D-16 and the seekers blow up several metal statues.
- Seekers are probably Supersonic and should be comparable to Earth jets maybe?
- Optimus flies from the core to Iacon. Probably Hypersonic-ish considering the distance and the timeframe.
- Optimus caused a huge shockwave which might be mid end Tier 8?
- Optimus axe causes a huge shockwave, might be low end Tier 8.
- Optimus also catches a missile mid air.

Just to note, those are their cogged forms. Their Optimus/Megatron selves are only like a head taller or so.
Their non cog forms are like, 20 feet.

Cogless guys have quite literally no feats, nor do they even do anything significant, so I think excluding their keys should be fine.

One thing you could do (Though likely going to yield way less results) is using a calculator to see how much distance would Optimus' body have fallen based on the time given within the movie

I'd assume that Cogless Cybertronians would at least be somewhere in 9-B through GPE.

If Cogless Cybertronians are supposed to be around 20 feet tall, stuff from the beginning of the movie like Orion breaking a window by jumping through it or him withstanding falling on a large table hard enough to break it in half could also get interesting results.

Seeing as other Transformers profiles have apparently used height to determine weight before (at least for IDW), Out of curiosity, I'll use that method to attempt roughly estimating the weight of a Cogless Cybertronian, assuming a height of 20 feet:
20 feet = 6.096 meters, 3.38666666667 times taller than a 1.8 meter, 62 kg human
3.38666666667^3=38.8434109631 times larger
38.8434109631*62=2408.29147971
If steel increases density by 8.05 times, than 2408.29147971*8.05=19,386.7464117 kg
Not bad.

I think this couldn't be used since I think it implies their bodies is made of 100% steel, which isn't the case

I mostly just threw that together out of curiosity based on an accepted method that was used to determine IDW Devastator's weight. I figure someone else could probably come up with a more precise method for the TF One characters.

Hey lads, how do you do the Statisc Values that explains the value of the Attack Potency in profiles, like on Optimus Prime's profile, I started to make some Dreamwave armada profiles to post after the calcs are accepted and I think that would help out a bit '-'. Don't try to look for them, they are rather incomplete and I took G1's Optimus skeleton to make them and I haven't cleared it yet '-'
