The new cosmology was accepted here. Sandbox for the new ratings are here:

Ok, so to summarise the first obvious points. The One, Unicron, Primus and the Star Saber all get updated from 1-B to 1-A. No changes there and no problem with those. Now to get to the other problematic scaling.

Scaling the Thirteen to Unicron and the Star Saber.

Currently, the Thirteen's strongest avatars downscale from Unicron due to their function being to fight against him, However, this line of scaling is a pretty flawed due to two elements:

- Vector Prime is considered so weak that Unicron doesn't notice him.

- The Star Saber is explicitly stated to be much stronger than the Thirteen, and in the same scan, Solus needed to shatter the blade with her forge, fearing it's power would be catastrophic for any of them to handle.

That, and considering we don't have much contexts as to how the Thirteen deal with Unicron, it's hard to say that their strongest avatars would fully scale to 1-A. However, them being so infinitely weaker would contradict the point of them being guardians against Unicron. Thus, the proposal I present is that Vector Prime would simply scale to the Hytherion, as we know they are regular threats that he faces constantly. And instead, they should be also added a "likely far higher" due to the possibility of downscaling.

As for their true states, they may also update to 1-A since they exist within the Astral Plane already, so no problems there. So the result would look like this:
Tier: Varies. 5-A to High 1-C, likely far higher | 1-A

Key:
Avatars | True Form

Attack Potency:
Varies (Different universes[6] have different physics[7], and avatars will vary in strength and power depending on the universe he's in). Large Planet level (Although significantly lesser in power, the Thirteen were tasked with holding back weaker versions of Unicron, who are usually planetary in size and power) to High Complex Multiverse level (As the guardian of time, Vector Prime is responsible for hhandling Multiversal threats such as the Hytherion[10], and inhabits a similar existence to the Alternity. Assisted the Planicrons in transcending to the level of the Alternity[11]. Fought against Ramjet to a standstill[12]), likely higher (Despite being far weaker, Vector Prime was made with the function to combat Unicron, albeit through unknown means) | Outerverse level (Should be superior to any of his avatars. Exists[13] within[6] the Astral Plane itself, a realm within the confines of the Allspark)

Speaking of the High 1-C ratings.

Alternity upgrades
Pretty straightforward upgrade.

Recently, in a Twitter statement, Hirofumi Ichikawa, the Author of the Alternity stories, stated that the Alternity had transcended to the 11th dimension if not further. Considering the Transformers cosmology has been accepted due to using Brane Cosmology, which comes directly from the Alternity stories themselves. Thus the Alternity, and by extension the Hytherion, would be upgraded to High 1-C, likely higher.

I also propose that the Avatars key should simply be merged with their true form keys, as nothing within the story suggests the avatars are much weaker in power, and are simply a way for the Alternity to enter reality.

True Star Saber name change
The True Star Saber name is kind of just a fanon name that went around in the fandom and isn't actually it's proper name. It should be renamed to just "Star Saber (Fun Publications)". Sounds lame, I know, but it is what it is.

Creator page deletion
This one is also simple, this page should be deleted because:

  • This page just sucks
  • The Creator has barely any appearances
  • The fact it's likely the Chronarchitect, a whole other character makes the page redundant
