Hopefully a quick CRT.

Touta Konoe from UQ Holder! should get Time Stop added to his profile.

He can activate the ability only when he kisses Kirie Sakurame. Kirie currently has it on her profile because it is technically a glitch of her own time manipulation abilities, and it can only activate and deactivate when she kisses Touta Konoe.

Since they need to work together equally for the ability to take effect, they should both have it be mentioned on their profile, along the caveat that they can only activate it with the assistance of each other.
