Hello, a few months ago a few dozen chapters of the first and third Tough manga were translated for the first time. They contain a decent amount of new P&A/techniques for the cast, and most notably a tier upgrade for the verse. Here is the sandbox, where all changes are outlined (bold power names without hyperlinks = additions to existing abilities).
I'm not going to list out everything on the sandbox cause that'd bloat the hell out of this CRT but:
In addition, here is a calculation blog that adds some support and in particular, a 4-ton LS feat. Kiichi scales to the guy LS-wise and off him does the rest of the cast. Note that while the Hypersonic and Supersonic+ calcs are valid, they're based on untranslated material and won't be applied until fan translations catch up to it.

- Part 1 Kiichi gets some technique additions, notably precog but mostly mundane stuff but fairly impressive, and a few minor touch-ups to the profile like an addition to standard tactics. The Bosatsuken (an ability known to all nadashinkage users) has been given life (edit: paralysis) manip due to a statement from the third manga.
- Part 2 Kiichi gets the P&A from tamasuberi/bullet slide (already on his relatives' profiles) which I just forgot to add.
- Part 3 Kiichi has a few new cool techniques, a few of them inherent to the miyazawa clan as a whole.
- Kiryu, Seiko and Son-O get Part 1 Kiichi's Nadashinkage stuff, and a few minor things of their own. Most notably Son-O gets a prosthetic leg with a built-in blade and really high stats as optional equipment (to account for the fact that most of his on-screen presence has been before he got it)
- As a reminder they share most of their techniques, kiryu and seiko had the exact same Nadashinkage training and are equally proficient in it, while Son-O just knows every Nadashinkage technique that exists.
- Ryusei gets a LOT of new stuff, being the protagonist of the new manga. Great AD feats, lots of P&A and techniques and most importantly a second key, where he gets Garcia-28's heart implanted into him, which makes him really damn strong.
- A few characters get new pictures or quotes.
