Firstly, Sam should have superior LS to the rest of her team.
Sam has frequently shown herself to be supremely superior in lifting strength to Alex, due to being able to easily restrict her on the occasions that she has been turned against her. On one occasion, it took the combined efforts of Clover and Alex to restrain Sam and only Clover was able to succeed with great difficulty. Alex was 1/3 of the force that accomplished the Class M feat on their profiles, so Sam should upscale heavily from this.
The gadgets’ destructive capacity should scale higher than the girls. Gadgets like the Curling Iron Fists are able to break blocks of ice that Sam, Clover and Alex normally wouldn’t have been able to free themselves from and Alex states that no human could withstand the power of the Sonic Disintigrator Boombox, significantly putting them above the girls in terms of power.
