What is 5-B Mind and Soul hax? I think you mean 5-D as in 5-Dimensional
Regardless, MetaPhysical Airdramon would not change anything. Also, Digimon still do have mind/soul hax as ReArise, they just don't have it via every hit, they'd have to actively choose to hack your mind or soul. Which is not in character for Airdramon so regardless Toshiro freezes and calls it a day.
