Toriko 50% Upgrade

In chapter 36 of Toriko, Toriko states that he is at 50 to 60% power. Toriko performs this feat in chapter 42, however, before he performs said feat he goes through an intense battle against a monster bird which drains him heavily. He then performs this feat while trying to hid from the falling regal mammoth, then he performs his feat holding up the bite of the regal mammoth. The purpose of this is to scale Toriko to 2x his current feat (AP, Dura, LS) assuming he was at 50% power which I believe is justifiable with the evidence presented.

If accepted Torikos scaling would go like this:

Attack Potency - Multi-City Block level (618.92 Tons) Scaling from durability.

Durability - Multi-City Block level (618.92 Tons) Survived the Regal Mammoths bite at half power

Lifting Strength - Class G (1.13e10) Performed said feat at half power

Would the justification of "Can harm those that can damage him" work? If not do you have any suggestions for the wording?
