Toneri Otsutsuki vs Iron-Man (Marvel Comics)

Mmm ok.
In AP, 375.522 petatons (For Tony) to 8.75 Exatons (For Toneri), so Otsutsuki is likely 42 times stronger I think.
For abilities, this armor of Stark has Sound, Magnetism, Electricity and Energy manipulation, Projection and Absorption, Illusions creation, Invinsibility, Flight, Forcefield creation and Mid-low regen. With resistance to electricity, magnetism, heat, cold, acid, radiotion, sound and telepathy attacks.
Toneri has Energy manipulation and projection as well in the form of chakra, Clonation, Extracensory perception, Telekinesis, Limted matter trasmutation for his TSB, mind control/telepathy and selective intangibility.
Invinsiblity would not work, seeing that Toneri can sense people chakra. Mind control/telepathy would not work, seeing that Tony is capable to repel powerful psychics, TSB can perfectly trap IM in whatever Toneri pleases and then disintegrate him.
On the other hand, Tony is a lot more smarter and experienced (I think that was one of the reasons why Boros win against him), I'm going for a Tie for now, depend if Toneri decides directly for the kill or not.
