Tomura Shigaraki vs Mister Negative

Does Mister Negative abuses his range?
Either way I think Negative takes this. Summoning people who are close to him in strength is pretty bad for Tomura and one touch is all it'll take for him to lose. While it's the same for Negative, Tomura getting distracted by others will spell bad news.
Negative seems to have a sword as well, meaning if they got close, he's likely to hit first. I would like to hear how Negative fights in character...
But for now I'm voting for him via better range, summoning, and energy attacks.

In character Negative usually fights by distorting the opponent's visual perception and summoning minions + using his projectiles:

He also uses his corruptive touch powers quite a lot, cuz that's his signature ability and junk.
