san andreas had much more options like mastering weapons (with many kinds of weapons)

it has superiorirty in weapon department, but idk who wud win in a fist fight, though looking at it from a story point of view (and not gameplay), then either its a draw or tommy wins (toughened by 15 years in prison)

This is a necro thread at this point. No GTA protagonist had an extra edge in combat skills until Michael and Trevor with their special abilities. I'm gonna have to go with The Living Tribunal1 if you want an opinion from me.
