Toei Vegeta gets a decent buff

Currently we have Namek Saga Vegeta after his 4th Zenkai at High 4-C, for Surpassing both Piccolo and Third Form Frieza in power, but ultimately proved no match for Frieza in his final form
I'm proposing Vegeta should get at most 4-A for being able to survive some attacks against a heavily suppressed Frieza, although still being inferior to him
Although Vegeta might not scale to 4-A ap, he should at least get At Most 4-A Durability
It would listed as
High 4-C, At Most 4-A after his fourth Zenkai

Freeza was using an infinitesimal percentage of his power, and was basically torturing and playing with Vegeta. When Goku showed up, Freeza proved he could kill Vegeta at any moment.

Vegeta should not downscale from Final Form Freeza in any capacity, I disagree.
