Toby Outranges. He teleports away if Bakugou gets too close and ranges him to death with being able to teleport across Thousands of kilometers and take him out with fire, ice, and wind spells. Or freeze him solid and breaks him apart. And if Tony uses his holy grail. He takes away any chance Bakugou has at winning. Or wipes his memory.
