Toaru Majutsu no Index - Minor Downgrades

There are some minor issues with some Academy City weapons:

1. The HsPS-15 and the Anti-barrier revolver shotgu are rated Building level for being able to tank an anti-tank missile and for being able to shoot straight through a tank, respectively. However, an anti-tank missile is Small Building level. Similarly, damaging a tank is also 9-A, or "at least 9-A", as it's already the case with another AC's weapon page that can blow up tanks.

Therefore, HsPS15 should have the durability downgraded to "Small Building level", and the anti-barrier revolver shotgun's AP should be changed to "At least 9-A".

The Anti-Art Attachment's regular weapons should also be changed for a similar reason. Containers should be "At least 9-A". Its regular weapons can be changed to "At least Building level" since they can destroy Class 6 Elements (though obviously the justifications for Class 6's Elements durability should then be changed to just "handles its own physical blows" or something to that effect)

This downgrade means some other pages scaling to them have to downgraded and/or have their justifications changed: Tsuchimikado, Therestina Kihara Lifeline, Enemy Blaster, Large Mobile Weapo, Tarantula and Taotie.

2. The Railgun FIVE_Over's railguns being stronger than Mikoto's shouldn't automatically put it as Large Building level. I believe Building level for its AP and Durability is better, considering its actual feats of easily wiping out several military powered suits (likely comparable to HsPS-15s as they are mentioned to be ones used to tear through Russian tanks and other armored vehicles in WWIII), which should be downgraded to 9-A Durability as mentioned in point 1. This also fits Hamazura causing damage in one he fought by exploding a lot of Metal Eater bullets at point-blank range. However, Zensum has suggested it could be left as "At least Building level" here.

If anyone can think of other pages that are affected by the previous downgrades feel free to point them out.

3. The Taotie, Qiong Qi and Hundu's pages should have their Speed justification changed for clarity, removing the mentions to keeping up with Accelerator during a chase sequence as people unfamiliar with the series might assume this means they should be MHS, while the truth is that Accelerator's travel speed is, as its usual with fiction, whatever the plot requires it to be at the moment, being stated and shown to be capable of supersonic movement only to not be able to easily catch up to subsonic powered suits running away from him.

4. The Railgun FIVE_Over should have resistance to EMPs. From NT1 Chapter 5 Part 4:

It made an assessment of the threat level. The strong electromagnetic waves would damage electronic equipment, but the tens of thousands of LEDs wouldn't be able to damage the numerous parts of the Five Over, which was equipped to deal with such things. Since Five Over used strong railguns as weapons, it was constantly exposed to strong magnetic fields and electromagnetic waves.

Considering how the house was a modest, middle-class two-story wooden house, Small Building level might fit the feat better.
