Well I see this going two ways. TCITH either hits Tin with his car or just reality warps, or he gets shot. Also he could use his duplication to out match/surround Tintin, but then again Tin is stronger.

The Cat needs to use a high-end sports car to be able to deal any damage to Tintin, but he'll most likely dodge and abuse penetration power.

I'll go with Tintin for more lethality, being tougher and having better acrobatic capabilities.
