It's from a treasure in-game called the Divine Guardian Shield, which's description states this: "An ancient shield that guarantees victory to the one who wields it. The spirit of the shield is still strong, and it will protect anyone whose goal is righteous."

Treasures are canon, and most are simply extensions on other Cookies' powers

Transmutation can get countered by Alien X time reversing after the fact, as long as it doesn’t kill Alien X.

Transmuting into coins is instant and is activated whenever she wants, transmuting into flour is unknown since she never did it but is stated to be able to do it
