Does higher dimensional time stop exists ?
Shouldn't 5-D or higher beings automatically resist time stop ?
Even if someone were to stop time at a 5-D scale wouldn't it be merely range feat ?And shouldn't someone who is just 3-D and has time stop resistance be able to resist a 5-D scale time stop ?

Time being the Fourth Dimension depends on the verse, sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. Sometimes Spatial and Temporal dimensions are kept separate.

Actually in a way you're right. Time by itself isn't 4-D, the combination of time and space is 4-D
