Time reset or looping page?

We have pages on Time Travel and on Time Stop, but should we have profiles on the ability to reset/loop time? I am just wondering if it would be needed, as there a quite a few different verses with it, it is different from Time Travel, and we do have other Time Manipulation related pages, so I don't see what is wrong with a page for Time Reset.

Why don't we merge these pages with Time Manipulation?

A lot of powers and abilities pages aren't merged, such as Matter and Anti-Matter Manipulation. So I don't see what is wrong with keeping them separate, it makes it easier to specify what it is.
