Time manipulation in Konosuba

I was looking at Vanir's profile and it caught my attention that he had resistance to time manipulation under the reasoning that his magical defense allows him that. I checked other profiles to see if there were any feats or anything to support that thought and I only found the same thing on Aqua, Hans and Darkness's profiles, but then I looked at Wiz's profile and saw that his profile says that he should be able to resist the time of the gods I don't quite understand what they mean by the latter. Do they mean when a deceased person meets a deity? Can someone solve this doubt for me? please.

The Konosuba world is actually planet of many in a universe.

I don’t know if you’ve heard but there’s another series called Combatants will be dispatched (called Sentouin for short). These two series share the same world with the Sentouin world just being another planet. Also worth mentioning that both series are written by the same author.

In Sentouin there’s a character named Viper who has time manip magic at birth. She uses it to heal wounds, improve the power in her attacks by speeding herself up, stopping time at the impacts etc. she draws her power from a goddess of time.

Since it’s magic, by the laws of the verse (cross-scaling) any magic can be resisted with high enough magic resistance. So the characters with high magic resistance are considered to have resistance to time manipulation (Though I think it should specify time magic).
