I have a quick question: can the time frame be based on the number of panels in a manga/comic book?

If there is no other way to determine the time frame, you can use it. I don't know if this is the official opinion of the staffs, but I was told I could use 3 seconds for each panel.I have a quick question: can the time frame be based on the number of panels in a manga/comic book?

If there is a specific feat that prompted you to ask this question, share it here and people can help you find the time frame.
Both are a weapon transformation of yoruPanel count is a very questionable measurement for timeframe. It's better to look at context.
What matters is looking at what sort of timeframe makes sense. If a character moves an object in the sky while their enemy stands right in front of them itching to attack them, it'd be pretty silly to assume they stood there for several minutes or hours while their raging enemy politely waited. Both are a weapon transformation of yoru
The bureaucrats agree that it would be 1 second (I read that in a friend's revision notes), but I'd like it to be less.
Can you point me to the source for this? Because I'm pretty sure that isn't accepted as a rule. The bureaucrats agree that it would be 1 second (I read that in a friend's revision notes), but I'd like it to be less.

I'm sorry, this is talking about a timeframe for a feat. Where do we get the rule that a single panel is automatically assumed to be one second?![]()

I'm going to continue the question I've been asking on this thread Question 1: But how how long is the maximum timeframe to be applicable to AP? Does it also depend on how big the pocket dimensions are? As we know the creation page tells us verbatim: the creation of the object(s) in question...vsbattles.com
I'm not talking about the panels currently, just the fact that it would automatically be 1 second if we don't know the exact time frame.I'm sorry, this is talking about a timeframe for a feat. Where do we get the rule that a single panel is automatically assumed to be one second?
Where is that written? I've seen calculations with panels that had to use other means like context to get the timeframe.I'm not talking about the panels currently, just the fact that it would automatically be 1 second if we don't know the exact time frame.

This is talking about a single attack, and specifically referring to a spell casting that creates a pocket dimension, not a single panel.![]()

I'm not talking about panels right nowThis is talking about a single attack, and specifically referring to a spell casting that creates things, not a single panel.
I'm sorry, am I missing something here?
Ah, okay. What are you specifically trying to get the timeframe for? You showed two separate scenes, so I'm a bit confused.I'm not talking about panels right now
