What tier would the following 4D characters be?

Character A: This character just has infinite superiority to all 3D characters.

Character B: This character has infinite superiority to all 3D characters and can significantly affect parts of her home realm, which exists in a 4D area.

Character C: This character has infinite superiority to all 3D characters and can straight up destroy her home realm, which exists in a 4D area.
