Depending on the case, it could be meta quantitative superiority though. Not just exclusively reduced to quantitative superiority.

Like Low 1-A that gets upgraded to 1-A but there are anti-feats for it so it would be reduced to Low 1-A, at most. Or maybe Low 1-A with 1 layer after that if it's just meta-meta quantitative superiority.
