I'm not sure about the 6D stuff, but Conceptual Stuff, though the Speed seems more like Dimensional Travel. Also, you need at least two more staff.

They are physically moving through them though. Also, they are the only one, obviously with Cultivators above them, who can move across the infinite continents.
Also, the text was in context of them travelling an infinite space.

Nothing about Realm of Heaven is qualitatively superior to other worlds, if anything else, that world's status is akin to typical higher worlds where laws and capability to support stronger beings aka quantatively superior.
Elder Galaxy is potentially H1B depending on how you scale its Galactic River, but it is still a portion of a Heavenly Treasure, and the Nine Words are below only the Heaven (whose actual incarnation dwarfs Anran as much as Anran to a mortal), so ED is likely to cap out at L1A, and likely Baseline 1A for True Immortal.

I largely share the same opinion of Spaceman, though 2-A wouldn't work for Pure Continent. IIRC, There was a relatively recent thread that disqualified "Infinite space in relation to universes" for 2-A, so Pure and the Nine Worlds should be just 2-B.
Type 1 concept manip looks ok (specially with this as supporting evidence). Immortal Emperors/Monarchs in general would also get it by virtue of manipulating primordial chaos and/or shouldering the Heaven's Will.
While 5-D is fine, I don't think 6-D works. Just being bigger than a Low 1-C structure isn't enough.
