I have three Questions:

1) If a character have the Lifting Strength to lift up a object of 12 tons, then this character is a 8-B character?

2) If a character have the Attack Potency of 1-A and destroy a City Block or a small building by his attack, this is a lore error or his attack range is low?

3) If a character have the Attack Potency of 1-A, punch a human and it doesn't kill the human. Is it a error?

if the character it hit is not 1A. If it is certain that he is a normal person, he is called an outlier. but if the degree of the character he hit is not known exactly, this will make the character he hit 1A.

In this verse, exists characters that psychically is a 9-A character, but, when the use a object, they have the power of a 1-A being, having the defense and Attack potency of a 1-A character, but this "power increase" have restrictions. Then, they become 1-A beings?
