Tiamat's Sea of Life is stated to modify the Saint Graph of things it touches. The Saint Graph is also translated as the Spiritual Foundation. Should this mean Tiamat has soul manipulation?

I thought she already has Soul Manipulation due to that, but it turns out only Mind Manipulation is listed under her abilities. I agree with Soul Manipulation being added.
