Simple Question
Character A can pilot/drive a vehicle (be it a car, ship, plane, spaceship, etc) that can accelerate at 1000 Times the Speed of Light.
And Character A can perfectly pilot and maneuver this vehicle moving at this speed and perfectly perceive his surroundings and maneuver out of the path of incoming objects while of course moving at these speeds.
Would character A have a thought/reaction speed of 1000x SoL?
Would character A combat speed scale as well?
(Given he was able to perfectly pilot, maneuver and steer the vehicle outside of the path of incoming objects while moving at these speeds so body must have been moving just as fast as the vehicle in question. Otherwise if his body was moving too slow to keep up with the speed of the vehicle then he would have crashed into an incoming object.)
