In the comic: Loki Agent of Asgard, It was mentioned that Those Who Sit Above In Shadow could be Beyonders seeking to evade their own doom. And the Beyonders are ranked 2-A. What do you think about this? This is worth to upgrade them at Possibly 2-A or not?

He was theorizing as he wasn't sure. So, no for me.
Well, since its an in-universe theory, I guess a "At least Low 2-C, possibly 2-A" could work. That said, knowing how inconsistent Marvel can be I dunno if it could scale.

That, or it could be Loki was talking about Post-Retcon Beyonder who is At least low 2-C.

Pre-Retcon Beyonder is At least High 1-C/High 1-B.

TWSAIS are currently Likely low 2-C.

Where's the 2-A again?

That leads to a whole new can of worms since, we now have 3 types of beyonders and we don't know which one it is Loki is talking about.

So yeah, my vote does not change. Still no to any revision to Those Who Park Their Behinds in the Shadows.

I see your point. Maybe we could add a "Possibly Higher" to the tier since we don't know the Beyonder they're referring too, nor the power level said Beyonder is portrayed as in the story.

Loki was talking about the Beyonders. And not the Beyonder.

It was pure speculation though. Nothing concrete to go by.

I still think that a degree of speculation can at least be taken into account, even if it's not concrete fact. And AFAIK some of their lines were similar to those used by the PRB, which appears to imply this theory/show support for it.

No. Sorry. Unless it was confirmed, we cannot take it as fact. As far as I recall, there were other speculated possibilities regafding their nature within the Loki comicbook as well.

Well, we cannot modify their statistics based on unproven speculation.

I'd rather not. It's a possibility, but it's just that, a possibility. And the reasoning is rather flimsy.

Well, as I mentioned earlier, I am afraid that we cannot accept a statistics upgrade regarding this, especially as it makes no sense for Beyonders to feed on something as comparatively tiny as the Asgardians. I should probably close this thread soon.

Yes, merging with one universe does not logically upgrade him to that degree. Perhaps we should make a footnote about this in the OWSAIS page?
