Always glad to see updates on comic profiles; we sorely need matainance on many of the pages on Marvel and DC.
For the tech manip, building a robot wouldn't really count as he's not really controlling technology with a special ability (technopathy) , he's building and programming the robot normally. That said, can you link the scan where it said he created it?
The one you posted doesn't seem to confirm the robot is Thor's creation.
For non-physical interactions,
the way it's explained seems to be more a weakness of the nonphysical character, as Thor's hitting him with stuff that are "of the very essence of the sun where thou dwellest".
This isn't really cloth manipulation as much as it's just summoning/creating a costume. He can't control the cloth like an earth user would bend earth; he just plops into a costume when he grabbed his hammer.
Tracking people across different dimensions isn't really cosmic awareness; it's more of a very keen
Clairvoyance.
I don't think he's reffering to the dimension, Limbo on that scan. He's saying "the limbo
of space", i.e. he's just sending the person to space. Still BFR, but that detail really changes how it functions. From the looks of it, too, he seems to just being using his winds to fire a group into space, although more context would be helpful.
I'll comment on the Resistances later. Cheers!
