I thought this could be fun? Idk it looks pretty neat to me but I could be terrible wrong. Speed equalized. Base Raiden only. Theodore's 8-B stuff is restricted, and they start ten meters away from each other.

alright, so Theo ha a massive versatility advantage first and foremost, as well as just the ability to quadruple his perception speed and an non-terminate but big amount of movement speed too

More over he also has the ability to end the match in a single clean hit thanks to Infinity Slicer and can copy most of Raiden's stuff in the long run since they are spells

The main things going against him here is sheer experience, which can only do so much
