Actually Hayato's never done something like that.

He totally should be able to manipulate the number of things to 0, but that would be OP so I didn't add it in his powerset.

Well, he multiples things he mathematically understands to zero. He could just say "Zombie Population X 0" and poof.

Technically, he got the power from Aqxqhys, so it's potential would be High Multiversal+. Not that he would survive such a thing.
