the weakest character for every tier

2-A would easily be Dear Reader from Adventure Time. I need to make a page for him because he's so weak for his tier.

@Gargoyle.

Dear Reader is an average guy with no real distinctions, living as an average guy in a contemporary setting. He's a glass cannon with no fighting experience. He isn't aware of his nature or his powers until he literally cannot use them anymore. His powers might not even be combat applicable.

The unplugging thing was a misconception, actually. Plus, ENIAC's power is actually usable in combat scenarios, where as Dear Reader is a normal guy whose just technically 2-A.

I'm pretty sure an average guy can destroy a computer.

Also, it's useless in the real world, all its abilities are in the "game"

I'm not sure if you know what ENIAC really is...It's one of the creator Gods who was the root of all Digital Worlds, which aren't "games" or not "real". In fact newer games imply the Digital World is far older than the "Material World".
